Warranty
We check every product manually before shipment to ensure the item is in perfect condition. Upon initial receipt of the doll, if there appears to be a defect or damage, please follow these steps:
  1. Email customer support, providing your name, order number, and an explanation of the problem: [email protected]
  2. Attach evidence (either photographs or videos) showing the described defects.
  3. Our team will check it and we will find the best solution for you asap.
Order Cancellation

Customers could cancel an order and get a refund before the package is shipped out. To exercise the right to cancel, customers must inform our customer service representative at [email protected] of the decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement. Please note that the order cannot be canceled once the package is shipped.

Returns

As long as your NiDoll products are unopened and unused, you can return them within 14 days 100% guaranteed.

The refund period will expire after 14 days from the day on which customers acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by customers acquires physical possession of the products.

If customers want to return the products to us, customers shall send back the products to our warehouse in the same condition in which it was received. There is no right of return when the packaging is no longer in its original, complete, undamaged, and unused state. (Please note that for hygiene reasons, we will not accept the return of the product once the plastic bag has been opened, unless the product is found to be defective or broken when it is unpacked)

Note that if you don’t like it after you receive it or use it, it doesn’t mean it’s defective. Due to the nature of the product and its purpose, we cannot provide a refund in such circumstances.

*Return processing time: 1-3 business days

*Cost of return: Customers will have to pay the shipping fee of return. We may hold the refund until we receive the returned products.

*Return address depends on your location. Please contact our customer agent to get the latest ones.

*We will take a 30% restocking fee from the refund in order to cover our shipping cost.

Please note that the customer must confirm the return process with our customer service representative before returning the package. Packages that are returned without confirmation from our customer service representative will not be refunded. Once the package is shipped out, the sender address on the shipping label is the address of a local courier company, not our warehouse address.
Therefore, if you are not available to sign for the package, please contact us to change to another address. It’s impossible for our customers to return the package to us by rejecting the package because we are not able to receive it. You need to contact our online customer service to confirm the status of your order and get a suggestion for the next step. Or you will be responsible for the loss of the package.
